  Our family was gathering for possibly the last Thanksgiving with my Dad whose is terminally ill. It was joyous and sad all at the same time. We called Heather after finding her on the internet and reading her website. She agreed to come over late evening on Thanksgiving Day because some of our family had to leave very early the next morning. The paperwork to be signed was prepared by our attorney but we dreaded the completion because it added a finality we are not wanting to face. Heather has such warmth, dignity and decorum which made the situation less painful for all of us, including our Dad. We are so grateful for Heather’s time, composure and effort.
