  Poorly run ship, with regards to communication and management. I called to schedule an appointment for a quick vehicle inspection, and I was clearly informed that next availability is in the evening or if I come in and get in line I would be looking at an hour wait, which I was fine with. So I drove an hour to get there, ready to wait the hour, and the floor salesman said that he's all booked today and can't take any more customers. I explained I was told otherwise and I drove an hour through traffic based upon the info they gave me, and he said, "I've been here all day and haven't heard anyone say those words." So now I'm a liar?!? Sorry, but that's not only poor customer service but also just rude. I know to not judge a book by its cover, but I won't support Pepboys if they won't treat every customer with proper business ethics.
