  I came there for 4 wheels alignment service in January. It seemed they didn’t do it well. Tires were worn badly within 2 months! I changed 4 new tires finally! Then I came to them again for alignment service! After that, I paid attention to the tires and I found that it still worn more at inside. It means they did alignment service not good again! I changed to Sears at Carlsbad. They corrected the problem.

  Worst experience. I called several times to make an appointment but was constantly told they were busy and would need to call me back but never did. I even requested to speak to the manager who introduced herself as Christina and also told me she would call back but never did. I finally decided to just walk in since I already purchased the Groupon voucher on-line for the oil change. After my oil change I had them check out my vehicle as well since I had a concern with it wobbling while driving at high speeds. They gave me a diagnosis and attemped to fix it 3 times (charging me each time) with no luck. I eventually found out that they get paid off COMMISSION so I would recommend go somewhere where the mechanics dont get incentivised for finding problems!
