  I’ve been to this store before but today I went to go get resized. The lady who worked there barely measured me and she asked me size I wore (an A) and immediately she was just like, “Alright girl. We gotta get you into a D!” And she walked off. I am definitely not a D. I’m a B at the most. She came back with a D (surprise, it didn’t fit and it was really unflattering). She decides to bring me a Double D after that because I was “spilling out of the sides”, which would be impossible because I’m a pretty skinny girl and I’m definitely not big enough for a D. One of my friends came back to the dressing room with a 32D (which fit great). When we were leaving, she gave me a card and asked me what size I preferred. And on it, she wrote the size my friend brought me and the size she thought I should be wearing, which was wrong. And she said, “It’s okay if you want to go smaller. You’re probably not used to wearing bras that fit you properly.” But all the bras she brought for me were toooo big??? For some reason, she was giving everyone D’s as well. Even people smaller than me. I really like this store but I don’t think I’ll ever get resized again.

  Such an awful experience! The Manager was very rude and didn't look happy to even be there as well as the cash register girl! i was trying to use my free panties and 20% a bra which expired that day! and the cash register girl wouldn't take both of them so i asked to speak to the manager (the darker skin toned girl with short hair) She wouldn't even look at me she talked to the girl at the register and said "its either one or the other" directing it to me but yet not talking or looking at me! Such horrible customer service! whoever is doing the hiring needs to train their employees better! And someone who treats customers like that shouldn't be a manager! The last two times i've been here i wasn't ever helped everyone seems in such a rush to do NOTHING theres not many people around and theres no one to help me? Employees walk around miserable and annoyed if you have to ask them a question or where something is like its a HUGE bother to them! After the manager was a total jerk I walked out of the store with nothing! it was a waste of a 45 min drive and i will NEVER shop at this location again!

  I am very disappointed with Victoria's Secret customer service. I went to Victoria's Secret (Escondido, CA) yesterday to make a purchase with my $100 gift card that my mom gave to me as a Christmas gift. When I went to pay, the cashier said that I only had $5.49 remaining on my gift card. I was shocked and called the gift card service number that is written on the back of the gift card. A Victoria's Secret customer representative gathered all of my information and said that it would take 4 weeks to investigate the matter, and she made no promise that I would get my money back. Despite the fact that my mom still had the original receipt. I called again and talked to another customer service representative and she informed me that my gift card was used in Lakewood, CA. How could a gift card be used at another location without the actual gift card at hand? I have had the card in my posession the whole time, and the scratch off pin was still intact. Let alone the fact that I have never been to a Victoria's Secret in Lakewood. I will follow-up with Victoria's Secret and let everyone know if this gets resolved. My family and I purchased a total of $500 worth of gift cards from Victoria's Secret for each other for the holidays, but we are waiting to see how they will handle my situation to decide whether or not we will continue to do business with them again in the future.Victoria's Secret needs to take responsibility of protecting their customers from fraudulent. I called and spoke with the store manager (Amanda) and she stated that it had happened to several other customers this holiday season. Amanda also stated that she would notify the loss prevention manager and let them know about the situation. I am supposed to receive a call from Amanda within a week, but was told that if she cannot resolve it, to just wait the four weeks to hear back from the corporate office.
  
  In the meantime, I really want to make people aware that the giftcard system at Victoria's Secret is not secure. I noticed other people that are in a similar situation and it is not fair to the consumer to be left empty handed. Do not buy any gift cards from them until they resolve their security issues! I will update this matter accordingly.
