  Over the last several years we have taken our lab mix dog - Abby - to Banfield Pet Hospital as part of our PetSmart experience. We have gotten to know the staff and doctors and really appreciate the care and attention they have given our dog. They have assisted us in making good decisions on our dog's behalf as she has aged.
  
  This past weekend was no different. Our little Abby was boarded at the PetsHotel when her health quickly deteriorated. The Banfield staff quickly coordinated Abby's transfer to the vet clinic and completed a thorough assessment. We were several hours away so receiving the doctors calls giving us her status was very important. During each call the vet took his time, explained everything, and answered all our questions. We spoke to the doctor several times as we returned home. We had a difficult decision to make; never felt pressured, or ill informed.
  
  When we arrived at Banfield the staff gave us their full attention, support and heart-felt compassion. They were understanding, respectful, and wanted to make sure we had all the information and time we needed. During a very difficult time for my wife and I, the Banfield staff were extraordinary. Thank you so much for taking such good care of Abby over the years and during her final hours.

  I am here visiting my sister and had an emergency with my little dog who is my emotional support animal. Needless to say, I was freaking out! My sister brought me to her Vet which happens to be Banfield!! I cannot thank her enough. Not only did they take great care of my little guy, they kept me from going off the deep end.
  I recommend the wonderful caring and knowledgeable staff to anyone and everyone who is in need of an awesome group of people to take excellent care of their fur babies!
