  Recently, my wife Carrie and I had the privilege of working with Chuck Crist of Cabrillo Real Estate on a townhome purchase for our daughter. In our case, we were on a tight timeframe to close (within 14 days) and start the remodel to ensure the home was “move-in” ready. Chuck’s commitment to our total satisfaction was extraordinary and unfailing, up to and including purchasing the paint and delivering it to the contractors to complete the job for final review. I recognize an opinion is only as credible as the source, so considering we have been involved in multiple transactions (from homes to office buildings) in both California and Texas, we believe Chuck is at the very top of his field. We would all agree that personal integrity, great communication, and transaction focus are all important, but more often than not it’s difficult to find individuals with just one of these qualities, much less all three. In Chuck’s case, he excels in all three! Carrie and I would welcome the opportunity to expand on our experience with Chuck if anyone has additional questions.
