  Sucked, bad customer service. I had a fender bender and I've been wanting an estimated list of some sort to know what's wrong with my car. After 4 days of me continuing to call them they have shut me down saying they aren't not here or they are not working on my car anymore. I don't know about you but I need my car, I'm outta there for sure

  Escondido Body Refinishing Truck and RV bad costumer services. I went in for a repair estimate, and body shop owner Mr. Hrand wanted to know how much I want to spend for repair.. What..? Why owner asking client how much he want to spend? If you have your labor rate why estimate should base on customer budget? That mean if your budget lower your car can bad quality job or?
  Mr. Hrand owner of body shop promise email estimate for repair but after 5 days calling everyday for repair quote his employee tell me that he is busy or don't have a time.
  I'm taking my business elsewhere, thank you for your bad customer service.
