  Ordered a cooking set online and went to pick it up when I got confirmation. But they ended up bringing a set that was previously opened. When I asked why is it open? The sales person said they just opened to see if all the pieces are still there. I have asked if its a returned product she said no. I could see that some one actually kept them there with out actually packing. Who would open a new box and see if the manufacturer kept all the items are not. Ended up wasting an hour with all the store pick up.
