  Horrible customer service experience. I came wanting to replace the carpet in my home. The flooring department was not staffed. So I asked a nearby employee that I needed help in flooring, he then stated to me “don’t you know it’s lunch time?, don’t expect their to be people working during this time” and then he walked off. I asked another associate and they paged someone to flooring. I waited 5 min and someone finally arrived. I was asking my question and in the middle of asking my question his phone was ringing and he decided to answer his phone. He was then answering a customer service question over the phone and then apologized. I then re-asked my question and he answered his phone yet again to answer another question from someone else! I then told him that I’m leaving. I felt that his phone was prioritized over me.
