  I can't speak much about the actual service as I did not get any. I like to deal with local businesses. So when I needed a hair trim and a beard trim I called to inquire about it.
  
  The woman who answered the phone seemed to not understand what I was asking for. I told here "a hair trim and a beard trim". She still did not seem to know what I was asking. The next thing I knew I was apparently put on hold. I waited for a couple minutes before hanging up and calling back. The phone jsut rang for 10 rings before I gave up.
  
  I guess this place is unconcerned with new business. I will look elsewhere.
