  My family spent hours here and they screwed up printing our photos. The employees have no skills at all, no people skills, no photography skills, none. They'll tell you to stand or sit or move in ways that are completely unflattering for photos and just snap a quick photo. You'd be better off taking your own photos and printing them at CVS. It would also save you hundreds of dollars. Oh and one more thing, they book you about ten minutes to take the photos so if you have specific photos you'll like to take... Good luck. The whole time we were here we heard people complaining about their photos, issues with printing, lack of understanding or communication, and people stuck waiting for long periods of time unnoticed. I highly recommend not going here.

  I've used this place SOOO many times!!!!! All the great deals they send me, no sitting fee and they're the only studio I've found to make ALL my kids smile. BUT today my appt was at 3:20pm and I didn't get called back til bout 4 pm. At this point my toddler was DONE. All the poses she did I HATED and she wouldn't let me help make my kids smile. Took her 4 seconds to take their pictures (BARELY took any with me in them which was the WHOLE point cause it was my mother's day gift to myself) and then had to wait 2 hours just to review them when they said 15 minutes. This place has DRASTICALLY gone down hill. No customer service and not professional at all. I'm now forced to do a makeup session at JC Penny. Not ever going back to them.
