  I really enjoy their chicken but not the soupy mashed potatoes. Yes they were runny like soup and the gravy mixed in made it worse. Had to throw it out. I was already home for the night and not about to go back out to the other side of town.

  I ordered a shrimp poor boy and wicked chicken box. Shrimp in poor boy was cold and old. The wicked chicken box the fries where cold and chicken was cold. If would of been my frist time in a Popeyes I wouldn't ever go back again. But I know for a fact Popeyes is usally a good restaurant. But not the Escondido location.
