  This organization is extremely understaffed, poorly run and the people that work there range from rude to robotic.
  
  They don't seem to have any empathy for patients and when you try to get the service you're entitled to, you are attacked and hung up on. They don't listen, they make wild assumptions and don't give you the chance to explain.
  
  This is extremely ironic considering they are supposed to be a psychiatric center.
  
  The need to address these issues, train their staff and hire the people needed to meet the demands of their patients.
