  The opthomology department is run like a circus. Never on time and making future appointments can not always be done before you leave. They ask you to arrive 15 mins before your appointment but don't get you back until 30-40 mins after your scheduled time. Then you wait for another 15-30 mins to see a doctor. When your dealing with children this is a long time to make them wait. There has got to be better service else where and if we have to pay out of pocket instead of using our insurance we will do so. Very disappointed with how things are run here.
