  I went in to get JUST a trim. Erica was available but it appears she hasnt been there very long. She is young and nice but I don't believe she has much experience.
  I showed her a photo close to the length I came in with and told her I needed to have the area behind my ears just thinned out to maintain the style with no length taken off in the back. I just wanted the tips of the rest trimmed.
  Erica cut off all the length in back and the allover length was considerably shortened. The style I came in with to just get shaped has been totally lost and messed up. It will take me at least 4 months to get my hair grown out to something close to the style and length I walked in with.
  I sure wish salon stylists would learn to repeat back what the customer wants and make sure they understand before jumping in with those scissors. It can make all the difference between a happy customer and one who is unhappy and won't come back!
