  I brought in my Yaris after being in an accident. When I walked in I was greeted by a voice behind a computer screen. She did not stand up or come over to the front counter. I was forced to discuss the situation by talking across half the office. After a few minutes of back and forth her response to me about getting an estimate was well we are backed up right you would have to wait at least an hour. When I said that isn't a problem I have someone picking me up and could I leave the key. She looked at me as if I just ruined her day. This was all around noon and there was one person in the waiting area. I had to call them at 4pm because I had not heard from them at all. I was then told by a man that he should have my estimate written up in the next 30 minutes and I could come pick up the car. I arrived about 4:40pm to be handed my keys with no estimate. He asked for my email and said he would email it to me and if I had any questions to call him. This was on a Monday it is now Friday at noon and I still have received no estimate. I have had my Toyota for ten years and my family all own Toyota but I will never go back to this body shop and will discourage anyone else from going as well.
