  Over the years working in Property Management and being responsible for many multi-family complexes, I have had the opportunity to work with and experience many different types of vendors…some have been good, some bad and some so-so but I have also experienced what I consider a superior vendor who I have had the pleasure of working with over the past few years. That vendor is Wash-tek, Inc.
  
  Our organizations partnership with Dave Beguelin who is the Vice-President of Sales at Washtek, is one of the main reasons that we have established such a wonderful business partnership.
